Candidate Expectations
  • 15+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Operations Transformation, Continuous Improvement, or related strategic transformation domains.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, and large-scale transformation, with Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level transformation projects with measurable cost savings, efficiency improvements, and operational impact.
  • Extensive experience in identifying and implementing process automation solutions, including RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and intelligent automation.
  • Deep exposure to AI and Generative AI technologies, with practical experience in applying them to business operations, automation, analytics, and process transformation.
  • Strong techno-functional capabilities with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, KPI development, governance frameworks, SOP standardization, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, complex problem-solving, Agile project management, communication, executive presentation, and cross-functional team management skills.

Detailed Job Description
  • Lead large-scale Process Excellence and enterprise transformation initiatives, driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, standardization, and measurable business impact.
  • Define and execute automation, AI, and Gen AI-led transformation strategies to optimize complex business processes and deliver sustainable cost and productivity improvements.
  • Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to establish enterprise KPIs, governance frameworks, strategic roadmaps, and a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
