Senior Manager Designs - Electrical

As an Electrical Engineering Manager for renewable energy projects, your responsibilities will include: - Managing and mentoring a team of electrical engineers to ensure the design of high-quality AC/DC electrical systems for renewable energy projects. - Overseeing the design and development of AC and DC electrical systems for solar power plants, including inverters, transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, and cable layouts. - Ensuring seamless integration of renewable power systems with grid infrastructure, including compliance with grid codes and standards. - Supervising the design and development processes for multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring cost-effective designs. - Collaborating closely with project managers, procurement teams, and construction teams for efficient project execution. - Ensuring designs adhere to regulatory standards, industry best practices, and quality control processes. - Addressing technical challenges during the design phase and project lifecycle. - Providing solutions for electrical issues during installation and commissioning. - Staying updated with the latest technology trends in AC/DC systems for solar energy. - Working with suppliers to select appropriate electrical components for solar projects. - Preparing and maintaining detailed design documentation, including electrical diagrams, system layouts, and test reports. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Required Skills: - AutoCAD - ADET - APPV System Experience: 10 to 15 years.,
