Website - www.cibpl.org Summary The Senior Manager - Corporate Sales is responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the company. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. Reports to: Executive Vice President Corporate Sales Key Responsibilities Sales Planning: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities. Set sales goals and objectives for the corporate sales team. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. Qualifications Graduation is MUST . A Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry/ preferably in a broking firm Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Stages of Interview Initial Screening by the HR department Technical Video /F2F screening by the EVP Any assignment given if need be Final discussion with the Director Possible Growth Path Senior Manager > Chief Manager > Assistant Vice President > Vice President > Senior Vice President > President / Executive Vice President
