Senior Manager Continuous Improvement

As the Senior Manager Continuous Improvement at Knauf in Khushkhera, you will play a crucial role in leading the Continuous Improvement / Lean transformation plan throughout the organization. You will be responsible for implementing various strategies and techniques to ensure best performances and a high-performing culture in all key areas. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the Continuous Improvement / Lean transformation plan by implementing techniques such as Shop Floor Management (5S, Daily Meetings, Blue Collar Skill Matrix, Problem-solving techniques), Professional Maintenance (Reliability engineering, preventive maintenance ratio), Statistical Process Control, Lean Flows (SMED, KANBAN, VSM, OEE Improvement), Lean Service (Non-manufacturing area improvement project). - Providing support to local Managers and all teams in completing Continuous Improvement Training and the application of Six Sigma & Lean tools to identify and minimize manufacturing opportunities through waste elimination, increased capacity, improved efficiency, improved logistics, and reduced complexity. - Implementing Business Plan, X-Matrix or Hoshin Kanri to cascade company KPIs/goals into department level, facilitating CI Workshops, organizing CI communication within the CI Road Map, communicating lessons learned and best practices, preparing quarterly CI report for regional CI manager, and participating actively in the regional network of CI managers. - Celebrating successes in the concept of Idea Generation System and Business Plan. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field of study. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Certifications required in SAP, Lean Manufacturing, Process Statistical tools, Root Cause Analysis. - Minimum 13+ years of experience in MNC organizations.
