Job Overview: You are an experienced Senior Manager - Sales responsible for leading and driving revenue growth in Cloud Support, Development, and DevOps solutions. Your role involves managing high-value client relationships, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring sales excellence in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategy for cloud services, DevOps, and application development solutions. - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions. - Identify and drive opportunities for new customer acquisitions and market expansion. - Build and maintain strong relationships with IT decision-makers and DevOps leaders. - Drive key enterprise deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. - Work closely with cloud service providers and DevOps tool vendors to strengthen partnerships. - Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to position solutions effectively. - Develop go-to-market strategies for cloud and DevOps offerings. - Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics for data-driven decision-making. - Stay updated on advancements in cloud computing, DevOps, and IT automation. - Understand customer pain points related to cloud migration, CI/CD, Kubernetes, microservices, and IT support. - Work with solution architects and engineers to align sales strategies with technical capabilities. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 12-15 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5+ years in cloud, DevOps, or enterprise IT solutions sales. - Proven experience in selling AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and IT automation solutions. - Strong understanding of DevOps workflows, cloud-native development, and managed cloud support services. - Exceptional leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Experience in managing large enterprise accounts and driving high-value deals. Note: This job is full-time and permanent with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The work location is in-person.,
