Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new brands and advertisers across key consumer categories.
Build and manage a strong Pan-India sales pipeline.
Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting, pitching and negotiation to closure.
Build relationships with brands, agencies, Marketing Heads, Business Heads and senior decision-makers.
Develop customized media plans and advertising solutions based on client objectives.
Sell integrated solutions across
Digital BTL, on-ground activations, sampling, kiosks, gate/lift branding and resident engagement campaigns
.
Drive repeat business, upselling and cross-selling from existing accounts.
Identify new categories, markets and strategic partnership opportunities.
Own revenue targets, sales forecasts, pipeline and conversion metrics.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

48 years of experience in
Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, Business Development or Strategic Alliances
.
Strong B2B advertising/media sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Experience handling brands, advertisers, agencies or marketing teams.
Good understanding of Digital, BTL or experiential marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
Pan-India client/market experience is an advantage.
