Job Description

Key Responsibilities: OD Claims Management: Efficiently handle Own Damage (OD) claims, ensuring accurate documentation, assessments, and prompt processing. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, surveyors, and repair shops to gather necessary information and resolve claims effectively. Expert Support: Provide guidance and expert advice to clients regarding claim-related issues and process requirements. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and regularly update claim status for internal stakeholders. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering. Experience: 4 to 8 years in handling OD claims within the Insurance domain. Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach to claim resolution.
