- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Mainframe applications using Cobol, DB2, IMS and AWS
- Design and architect secure, scalable, and resilient systems using microservices and serverless patterns.
- Guide the team in implementing solutions using Cobol, DB2 and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, RDS, SNS/SQS).
- Participate in code reviews, ensure high code quality, and enforce clean architecture and design principles.
- Mentor and coach developers on both technical skills and Agile best practices.- Translate business and technical requirements into system designs and implementation plans.
- Ensure performance tuning, scalability, monitoring, and observability of deployed services.
