Senior Lighting Designer and Programmer (GrandMA3 & Avolites Arena Specialist)

As an Entry-Level or Mid-Level Operator or Programmer at our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work on creating and operating real-time visual effects, lighting setups, laser shows, and 3D content integrated with AI systems for our state-of-the-art nightclub. This role offers a chance to collaborate on innovative projects using industry-leading tools in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, program, and operate visual effects, lighting, and multimedia content using tools like Resolume, TouchDesigner, Notch VFX, Pangolin Beyond, Avolite Arena, Cinema4D, and Houdini. - Integrate AI-driven elements to automate and enhance live performances, crowd interactions, and immersive experiences. - Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot, optimize, and deploy setups for nightly operations. - Create custom visuals, animations, and effects tailored to themes, music, and events. - Ensure seamless real-time execution during live shows, with a focus on reliability and innovation. - For Mid-Level roles: Mentor entry-level team members, lead small projects, and contribute to system architecture. Requirements: - Passion for creative tech tools such as Resolume (VJing), TouchDesigner (interactive visuals), Notch VFX (real-time effects), Pangolin Beyond (laser programming), Avolite Arena (lighting control), Cinema4D (3D modeling), and Houdini (procedural animation). - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Hands-on experience with any of the listed tools; entry-level candidates should have personal projects or basic proficiency. - Understanding of AI integration in entertainment (e.g., real-time automation, sensor-based interactions) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to work under pressure in a live event setting. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required for nightclub operations. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
