As a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the AI ML & Data Platforms, you will be part of an agile team dedicated to enhancing, building, and delivering cutting-edge technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. Your role will involve driving significant business impact through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills across various technologies and applications. - Provide technical guidance and direction to support the business, technical teams, contractors, and vendors - Develop secure and high-quality production code, review code written by others, and debug as necessary - Influence product design decisions, application functionality, and technical operations and processes - Serve as a subject matter expert in specific areas of focus within the function - Contribute actively to the engineering community by advocating firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices - Influence peers and project decision-makers to adopt leading-edge technologies - Foster a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect - Formal training or certification in Software engineering concepts with at least 5 years of applied experience - Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Proficiency in Java and Python - Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes, with expertise in areas such as cloud, artificial intelligence, or machine learning - Ability to independently tackle design and functionality challenges with minimal oversight In addition, having a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, along with practical cloud-native experience, would be preferred for this role.,
