Work Location: Pune, India Working Model: Work From Office (WFO) - Regular Shift Contract Duration: 12 Months Number of Openings: 2 We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to join our Infrastructure Access team in Pune. In this critical role, you'll be instrumental in modernizing and improving privileged access standards and maturity levels for a leading banking group. You will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across various global locations (Singapore, Poland, Switzerland, UK, US) to deliver robust solutions that meet stringent regulatory and compliance requirements within established Corporate IT Standards. Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and support high-performance Java applications with a strong focus on the Spring Boot framework for backend development and Angular for responsive front-end user interfaces. Database Management: Work extensively with PostgreSQL , demonstrating a deep understanding of SQL, relational, and non-relational databases. Cloud & Containerization: Leverage expertise in Kubernetes and Azure for deploying and managing scalable applications. Identity & Access Management (IAM): Play a pivotal role in projects related to identity and access management. Experience integrating with core platforms such as Active Directory Services, Centrify, Active Directory Federation Services, EntraID, and Microsoft Identity Manager is essential. System & Platform Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and Certificate Management , Oracle Unified Directory Services, Windows Server 2022+, and Red Hat Linux 7+ environments, along with PostgreSQL Administration. Architectural Excellence: Apply a deep understanding of best design and coding principles and software creation best practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable code. Technical Interpretation: Translate complex user stories into clear, actionable technical requirements and tasks for development. SDLC & Agile: Operate effectively within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, specifically with hands-on working experience in AGILE methodology . Integration Techniques: Understand common application integration techniques, including key-value caches and message queues. Required Skills & Experience: Total Years of Experience: 8+ years. Relevant Years of Experience: 8+ years as a Java Developer. Mandatory Skills: Java Developer (Senior level). Strong focus on Angular. Expertise in Spring Boot framework. Proficiency in PostgreSQL. Experience with Kubernetes and Azure. Experience in Identity and Access Management. Desired Skills: Background in the Finance sector is a significant plus. Experience with all core platforms mentioned in the JD (Active Directory Services, Centrify, ADFS, EntraID, MIM). Domain: Banking Additional Information: Approx. Vendor Billing Rate: INR 10,000 per day (excluding service tax). Background Check: Required Before onboarding . Mode of Interview: Microsoft Teams.
