Senior IT Engineer- Networks

As a Sr. IT Engineer - Networks at Enerpac Tool Group, you will be responsible for designing and supporting network systems, including a global SD-WAN network, switching, wireless, firewall, and security infrastructure. Your role involves managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently to deliver high-quality results using best-practice methods. Strong experience in Cisco LAN/WAN/Firewall technologies, FortiNet SD-WAN, Avaya VoIP, and Cisco Wireless implementation and support is required. - Install, support, and maintain the company's Internet access focusing on network security with firewalls, access lists, policies, and procedures. - Implement and maintain a high availability model using redundant hardware and access circuits. - Manage a global SD-WAN network across over 40 locations to ensure business continuity. - Provide architecture and design solutions for LAN/WAN services using Cisco technologies. - Create and maintain accurate documentation of network systems and provide training to team members. - Ensure proper performance of business-critical systems like ERP, Video Conferencing, and VoIP. - Maintain relationships with outside vendors for additional support/escalation in the WAN/LAN environment. - Experience with configuring Network monitoring software. - Experience in Cisco LAN/WAN/Firewall technologies, FortiNet SD-WAN, Avaya VoIP, and Cisco Wireless implementation. - Strong knowledge of network security, WAN/LAN services, and network monitoring. - Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide timely and accurate updates to users and management. - Proven experience in disaster recovery support and network recovery strategies. - Familiarity with Network Access Control and Wireless network design.,
