Senior IR Administrator

In your role within the Global Operations Support team, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving trades booked by Trade processors, coaching and supporting team members, and ensuring the accurate and timely entry of trade activity. Your attention to detail, data entry skills, and knowledge of financial services will be essential in maintaining high accuracy standards and meeting established timelines. Additionally, you will be involved in distributing correspondence to investors and following fund-specific instructions. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, with certifications being a plus. Previous experience in a financial services office is beneficial but not required, and familiarity with financial trading or banking, particularly Hedge/Mutual Funds, will be advantageous. Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are key attributes for success in this role.
