Senior Ionic App Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Develop and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Ionic 8 and Vue.js (v3.x).
• Native Integration: Integrate native device functionalities using Capacitor and Cordova plugins.
• Frontend Implementation: Implement clean, responsive UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• API Management: Consume and manage REST APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration.
• App Deployment: Handle end-to-end app store deployment processes for Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Software Engineering Practices: Apply clean code principles, design patterns, and architecture best practices; maintain code documentation and contribute to technical roadmaps.
• Subsystem & Interface Management: Design, implement, and maintain subsystems such as authentication, including social login; ensure clear API design, versioning, and interface testing.
• Domain Understanding: Translate business processes into technical solutions; maintain high domain knowledge.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Understand deployment mechanisms, logging, monitoring, performance tuning, Google Cloud services; support CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and optionally Kubernetes.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure testability and maintainability, support refactoring, and perform technical documentation.
• Collaboration & Tools: Use IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Maven for development; Confluence and JIRA for documentation and project tracking; follow Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong proficiency in Ionic 8, Vue.js (v3.x), and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Capacitor/Cordova plugins and REST API integration.
• Prior experience deploying mobile applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, clean code, and subsystem design.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, optional Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaborative skills.
