Senior Identity Access Management Engineer

As a Senior Identity Access Management Engineer on a contract basis, you will have the responsibility of collaborating with the Product Management team to comprehend business requirements and translate them into solutions using technologies such as Groovy/Java, Terraform, Neo4j, SQL databases, RESTful APIs, and Docker on AWS infrastructure. You will be an integral part of an agile team comprising development engineers, test engineers, and product managers, necessitating coordination with team members across different geographical locations including the US, Italy, and Spain. In this role, you will not only be developing functional code but also writing unit tests, conducting peer code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and generating documentation. Additionally, you will work closely with Tech Leads and Architects to design resilient and scalable architectures. It is important to note that while you should have knowledge of AWS, this position does not involve DevOps tasks. Proficiency in ForgeRock is crucial for this role, as it is the primary focus. The ideal candidate is a Java Developer with expertise in ForgeRock. Qualifications for this position include a BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 6 years of software engineering experience, and at least 2 years of experience in Identity Provider, Active Directory, authentication/authorization, SSO (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0 + OpenID Connect), and LDAP. Familiarity with ForgeRock tools such as OpenAM and OpenIDM is required. You should also possess experience in AWS and Linux, including Terraform, Docker, and ECS/Kubernetes. Previous exposure to DevOps CI/CD practices and managing highly available services at scale is advantageous. Proficiency in English is a must for effective communication.
