Senior IAM Security Architect

As a Senior IAM Security Architect at Expericia Technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and automating Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Your primary focus will be on creating secure IAM architectures across cloud and hybrid environments, emphasizing Zero Trust principles and modern authentication methods. Key Responsibilities: - Designing secure IAM architectures for AWS, Azure, and Entra ID - Implementing authentication, authorization, and role-based access management - Leading the implementation of Zero Trust principles for identity and access security - Designing least privilege and Just-in-Time (JIT) access controls - Implementing secure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML - Automating access controls based on behavioral signals and risk policies - Integrating IAM with DevOps and cloud-native workflows - Leading migrations from Active Directory to Entra ID - Maintaining identity governance policies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance - Collaborating with engineering, application, and DevSecOps teams Skills & Qualifications: - 9+ years of experience in IAM security, with a minimum of 6 years in IAM threat modeling and controls - Deep expertise in Azure AD, Entra ID, AWS IAM, and Active Directory - Proficiency in SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols - Knowledge of Zero Trust security models and access control automation - Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) - Hands-on experience with hybrid and multi-cloud IAM systems - Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and governance If there are any additional details about the company in the job description that you would like to include, please provide that information.,
