Description:

Were looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design&aposs production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities. If you love visual storytelling, have a great design sense, and enjoy video editing, wed love to connect with you.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Business Head to design creative visuals for social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Create eye-catching graphics that clearly communicate brand messages.

Design and produce a wide array of media

Ensure all designs follow brand and client style guidelines.

Keep design files organized and easy to access.

Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools.

Oversee designs and review final deliverables for quality and consistency.

Lead and manage a small team of 23 designers.

What Were Looking For:

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor&aposs degree or course or equivalent experience in Graphic Design

3+ years' of creative design experience

Experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After effects

Strong typography skills
