• Design static and motion creatives with high attention to performance and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with growth, strategy, and copy teams to craft compelling narratives through design.
• Mentor junior designers, manage timelines, and review creative output for quality and consistency.
• Test and integrate AI-assisted workflows (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to boost creative speed and iteration.

• 57 years of hands-on graphic design experience in advertising, digital, or creative agencies.
• Experience designing for performance marketing or social campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Proven ability to manage timelines, briefs, and creative reviews.
• An experimental mindset with a sharp visual eye and leadership instincts.
