Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a Creative Designer at Mother Sparsh, your role will involve conceptualizing creative designs for various media platforms to meet the requirements of both internal teams and external clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of designs to ensure timely completion. Your proficiency in design software will play a crucial role in accomplishing these tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software. - Supervise the design and production of online and offline marketing materials. - Develop creative design strategies for advertising campaigns. - Enhance the company's brand presence through innovative design concepts. - Create print and digital collateral materials. - Expertise in packaging design. - Ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects. - Establish creative direction and brand guidelines for the company. - Retouch and manipulate images as required. - Work with various media and utilize graphic design software effectively. - Proficient in layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design. - Showcase a compelling portfolio of work across a diverse range of creative projects. - Strong analytical skills. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design. (Preference for NIFT graduates) - Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with reputable brands or FMCG companies. Experience in e-commerce graphic design is a plus. - Proficiency in design software like Coral, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe, and Illustrator, with a good understanding of packaging design. - Strong typography skills.
