About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and solutions for a variety of projects including print collateral, digital campaigns, social media content, and branding materials. 2. Create compelling visual designs that are aligned with our brand identity, and that communicate our message effectively to our target audience. Use a range of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality designs that are print-ready or suitable for digital platforms. 3. Work closely with the marketing team to create visual content that supports our marketing campaigns and that drives engagement and conversion rates. 4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and that the quality of work is consistently high. 5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, and proactively suggest new ideas that will enhance the visual appeal of our content. 6. Collaborate with other departments as needed, such as product development or customer service, to ensure that our brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints. About you: 1. Lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. 2. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding their growth and enhancing their design skills. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, product managers, and creative directors, to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes. 4. Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various marketing materials, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, and print collateral. 5. Execute designs across multiple mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media, email marketing, presentations, brochures, and packaging. 6. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design projects, maintaining a deep understanding of the brand identity and guidelines. 7. Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team. 8. Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects. 9. Conduct design critiques, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows. 10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest quality of work. 11. Maintain an organized and comprehensive digital asset library, ensuring easy access and retrieval of design files.
