Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at the company, you will play a crucial role in leading the design process for a variety of digital and print media projects. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms. - Design visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, print materials, packaging, branding, and advertisements. - Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive visual communication. - Mentor and provide art direction to junior designers and interns. - Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative design styles. - Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. - Review and enhance design workflows, tools, and team efficiency. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with keen attention to detail. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional design environment. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Excellent portfolio showcasing diverse design work and creative problem-solving skills. - Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX, or 3D design is a plus. - Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
