Senior Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer within our organization, you will play a crucial role in visual storytelling and communication design. Your primary focus will be on creating impactful designs for various marketing, branding, product, and digital projects. From crafting social media graphics, logos, brochures, and posters to developing comprehensive branding systems, you will be responsible for delivering visually engaging content across both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in graphic design, accompanied by a portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of design principles, impeccable layout and typography skills, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual content. We expect you to proactively explore AI-powered tools and stay abreast of the latest design trends and industry practices to consistently enhance our creative output. Key Responsibilities: - Design a wide range of brand communication materials such as logos, brochures, posters, packaging, and digital assets. - Develop social media posts, campaign visuals, and marketing collateral that align with our brand strategy. - Establish and uphold visual guidelines to ensure consistency across all teams. - Utilize market insights and audience psychology to create designs that are relevant and impactful. - Incorporate AI-assisted tools to spark innovation and streamline workflows. - Keep yourself informed about design tools, trends, and best practices to maintain a high level of creativity. - Collaborate closely with product and development teams to create cohesive branding and UI visuals. Skills & Tools Required: - Proficiency in communication design and visual storytelling. - A strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. - Ability to translate briefs into visually compelling assets. - Familiarity with motion graphics and basic video editing is advantageous. - Experience working on web graphics, icon systems, and brand guidelines.
