As a Senior Backend Developer at Pocketful, the Fintech broking platform under Pace, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining highly scalable and reliable systems. You will have the opportunity to work on category-creating fintech products in their early stages and collaborate directly with the CTO and Founders to shape the product strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your expertise in Golang to design and develop end-to-end scalable products. - Work alongside a team of skilled engineers to contribute to the infrastructure layers of our in-house products. - Demonstrate proficiency in MongoDB and leverage your strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design. - Apply your knowledge of Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing methodologies to ensure product quality. - Think creatively to solve problems in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing technical stacks. - Bonus Points: Experience with SQL databases for products at scale, AWS, and interest in the financial/stock market space. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development and building scalable products. - Strong skills in Golang, with additional proficiency in Java/C++/Python and understanding of DSA. - Expertise in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design. - Familiarity with Rest APIs and experience in Agile development methodologies. - Ability to work independently as a self-starter and contribute effectively to the team's success.,
