Job Description

As a Senior AI specialist with 5-8 years of experience in GenAI and Agentic AI, your role will involve developing and deploying machine learning models to create innovative solutions for customers" business problems. You will lead a team of junior AI engineers, providing guidance and support. Your responsibilities will include: - Building Gen AI and Agentic AI empowered solutions to address complex business challenges. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and Agentic AI to ensure cutting-edge solutions. - Leading and mentoring a team of junior AI engineers to foster growth and innovation. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science / AI. - 5 to 8 years of experience with designing and implementing LLM models for business problem-solving. - Proven expertise in Generative AI technologies, such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning large language models, embeddings, and RAG systems. - Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, Multi Agent System, Vector Databases, FastAPI, and cloud-based data and AI solution design using GCP / AWS / Azure. - Proficiency in scripting with SQL, data extraction, ETL flows design, and deploying Gen AI solutions in production environments. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective Gen AI solutions. - Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
