Your role will involve developing and maintaining scalable web applications using React for frontend and NodeJS, Python, or Golang for backend. You will work with databases like Postgres and MongoDB to design robust data structures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new features. Ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications will be a key aspect, along with identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs. To excel in this role, you should possess strong expertise in React for building intricate frontend applications. Additional experience with Golang or Python is beneficial. Proficiency in backend development using NodeJS, familiarity with databases such as Postgres and MongoDB, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential requirements.
