Job Description

Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Angular (frontend) and C# (API backend). Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers for integrated application development. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while following best practices in both frontend and backend development. Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and seamless user experience. Test and debug frontend and backend components thoroughly to ensure application reliability. Keep up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in frontend and backend development. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Contribute to Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Help improve development workflows and contribute to continuous process enhancements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience with Angular and 3 years of experience with C# API development . Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C# . In-depth knowledge of Angular frameworks , RESTful APIs, and asynchronous data handling. Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub . Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of web security principles and best practices. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, xUnit). Personal Skills Self-motivated, critical thinker with a proactive approach. Comfortable working with globally distributed teams. Quick learner with strong troubleshooting skills. Committed to deadlines, detail orientation, and delivery quality. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Performance Appraisal Criteria Performance reviewed quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. KPIs set at onboarding and customized per project needs. Transparent communication and documentation within 30 days of joining.
