Role Overview: The senior full-stack software engineer role specializes in .NET and ReactJS technologies. As a key member of the software development team, the senior software engineer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise software applications across the product lines. Key Responsibilities: - Specialize in the development of self-contained features, integrations, and product-aligned customizations, develop custom APIs, and use product and third-party APIs for integrations that will be implemented to work alongside our SaaS web application. - Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, dealing directly with customers, working to create detailed technical specifications. - Excel in project and time management, ensuring the estimation, scheduling, and completion of these development pieces are in line with our customers" requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and implement scalable software solutions using .NET, C#, and ReactJS with minimum handholding. - Develop and maintain server-side logic using .NET technologies and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. - Implement user interfaces using ReactJS, Angular, Blazor, etc., ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. - Work with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and contribute to the improvement of coding standards and best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply best practices to enhance software development processes. - Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET or ReactJS. - Strong proficiency in ReactJS for building modern, responsive web applications. - Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integration. - Proficient in database technologies such as SQL Server or MySQL. - Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software solutions. Nice to Have: - Excellent understanding of agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban. - Experience working in enterprise software product development. - Working knowledge of build, deployment, and CI/CD.
