Senior Full-Stack ReactJS & WordPress Architect

**Role Overview:** As a Senior Full-Stack ReactJS & WordPress Architect for a Real Estate Tech company from Sweden, you will be responsible for owning the architecture and end-to-end delivery of complex WordPress builds, designing robust plugins, APIs, and frontends that are secure, performant, and maintainable. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement WordPress plugins, data models, APIs, caching/CDN, and CI/CD. - Build responsive, accessible UIs from Figma using HTML/CSS/JS and Elementor. - Optimize Core Web Vitals and enforce security best practices. - Write brief design notes, estimate sanely, and work independently and proactively. - Triage and resolve bugs from ClickUp (and occasionally Slack), reproduce, identify root cause, fix, and ship patches with clear updates. - Communicate risks/trade-offs early. - Suggest improvements when possible and voice risks when seen. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years experience with PHP and advanced WordPress plugin development (hooks/filters, REST, cron, capabilities, security, multisite). - Strong frontend skills in ReactJS including semantic HTML/CSS, JS, and a performance mindset. - Proficiency in Composer, Git, with fluent English and reliable internet. - Mandatory AI-first workflow experience, daily LLM use with paid access, and safe prompt hygiene. - Nice to have skills include WooCommerce, Cloudflare Workers, and advanced git workflows. **About Uplers:** Uplers" goal is to make hiring reliable, simple, and fast, supporting talents in finding and applying for relevant contractual onsite opportunities to progress in their careers.
