As a Senior Full Stack Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications for international clients. Your responsibilities will include: - **End-to-End Development:** Leading the full lifecycle of web application development, from requirement analysis to ongoing maintenance. - **Client Collaboration:** Engaging directly with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical consultations, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions. - **Backend Development:** Designing and developing scalable backend services using Node.js and other Java frameworks. - **Frontend Development:** Building modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - **Cloud & Infrastructure Management:** Deploying, managing, and optimizing applications on AWS cloud environments. - **API Integration & Microservices:** Developing and consuming RESTful APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations. - **Database Design:** Architecting and optimizing relational and non-relational databases. - **Code Quality & Best Practices:** Enforcing coding standards, performing code reviews, and establishing best practices for code maintainability and testability. - **Mentorship & Leadership:** Guiding junior developers, facilitating technical knowledge sharing, and promoting best practices within the team. - **Performance & Security:** Conducting performance tuning, security audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. - **Continuous Improvement:** Staying abreast of emerging technologies, proposing innovative ideas to improve existing systems. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Experience:** Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in full stack development, specifically in building complex enterprise applications. - **Technical Skills:** Expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AWS cloud services, Java with Spring Boot and Hibernate, RESTful API development, microservices architecture, database management, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, version control (git), security best practices, and client interaction. - **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in technical discussions, presentations, and stakeholder management. - **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
