Description
This Full Stack Developer role will focus on front-end development, implementation, and the overall enhancement of our client applications and will also be contributing to back-end-related projects as required. You will be working for our Australia based client. They support organisations across the globe, connecting people, goods & technology and their mission is to deliver seamless, secure, real-time data fueled connections that power the logistics of delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Translates the UX/UI design wireframes to actual code that will provide visual elements of the application and help define a strategy to improve the existing front-end architecture to a modern client-side framework. Working with the UX/UI designer, Lead Developer and Product Managers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides while ensuring the best possible solution/s Undertakes software modifications or feature enhancements to existing systems. Contributes to the provision of enterprise-grade solutions: Performs full life cycle software development of distributed web applications. Designs and develops new systems. Provides technical documentation for the systems delivered. Performs peer reviews of developed code to ensure adherence to defined coding standards. Contributes to and follows defined processes for software development/maintenance. Mentors and guides junior and mid-level developers in delivering systems from inception to deployment with minimal direction. Performs self-based training in the upcoming technology, quality approaches, and testing techniques. Adheres to all software development standards and processes. Meets or exceeds milestones and deliverable dates for the assigned tasks. Manages and maintains an excellent professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders and always provides excellent service and support. Prepares weekly and monthly regular reports of progress. Willing to take on new responsibilities as may be assigned/required by the management. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Strong experience with Angular 12+ and Angular material. Experience with .NET Core 6+, Web API, Microservice and MS SQL Server Extensive programming experience in TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3. Experience with client-side architecture and design patterns. Experience in consuming and developing REST APIs. Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git, GitLab, etc. Experience working within Agile Methodology Optimize apps/sites to improve performance and efficiency Ensure high quality standards of delivery, which are re-usable, through the usage of industry patterns, practices, reviews, and documentation Ensure the technical feasibility of UX/UI designs Clear and concise communication with the ability to collaborate across all teams. Thrives in independent work, proactively tackling challenges and tapping into team insights when needed Ability to comprehend and implement detailed project specifications, adapt to various technologies, and simultaneously work on multiple projects. Good analytical/problem solving skills. Enthusiasm for software development and interested in keeping up with latest technology trends. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent experience. At least ten (10) years of hands-on experience in front-end development using the Angular framework.
