Senior Full Stack Backend Developer

As a Senior Full Stack Backend Developer at FantasyFi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our cutting-edge fantasy sports platform. Your expertise in backend development, cloud infrastructure management using AWS, and ability to contribute to frontend using React will be essential for the smooth operations and growth of our platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Backend Development:** - Maintain, optimize, and scale FantasyFi's APIs using PHP & Node.js. - Manage and optimize databases (MySQL & MongoDB) for performance. - Improve backend scalability, security, and efficiency. - Debug and resolve backend issues to ensure smooth operations. - **DevOps & AWS Management:** - Deploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway). - Optimize server performance, caching (Redis), and queue processing (RabbitMQ). - Monitor system health, logs, and performance metrics (AWS CloudWatch, New Relic). - Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments. - **Frontend Contribution (ReactJS):** - Assist in maintaining and improving FantasyFi's frontend (ReactJS) when required. - Optimize UI performance and integrate APIs efficiently. - **Security & Performance Optimization:** - Implement best security practices to prevent API abuse and vulnerabilities. - Optimize backend and frontend for speed, efficiency, and reliability. - Automate processes to improve deployment and debugging efficiency. **Qualification Required:** - 5+ years of experience in full-stack backend development. - Strong expertise in PHP, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB. - Experience with ReactJS (Frontend) and ability to contribute when required. - Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway). - DevOps & CI/CD knowledge (Ubuntu, Docker, Nginx, Jenkins/GitHub Actions). - Strong understanding of REST API development, security, and scaling. - Knowledge of Redis (caching) & RabbitMQ (message queuing) is a plus. - Experience in debugging and optimizing high-traffic applications.
