3. You are a champion in Frontend development with Angular + Typescript. If you are an average front-end dev or full-stack dev who knows just the basics of Angular, you won't make the cut.

Technical Skillsets Required

We won't put 100 things that no one uses but are always asked. We know what we are doing and we need developers who have excellent skills in it (9/10):

1. Angular: In-depth knowledge of the framework (preferred 18/19)
2. Typescript
3. RxJS, and NgRx
4. SCSS
5. Handling the large size and high complexity of the codebase

It’s being used by some of the largest manufacturers globally. Recently, we moved to a new fancy office in a prime location in Pune, where our team members work, collaborate, and have fun while building a product their users love.

What we do

We provide a smart manufacturing platform and help manufacturers globally gain real-time insights into their factories. It's a large-scale platform that is heavily data-driven and has complex algorithms available on web and mobile (native). A low-key highlight - we do all this with a latency of less than 50ms, less than the time it took you to read this text. So you know why we only want team members who can build it with us.

What is important to us for this role

• The more command you have over basic CSS, the better. If you don't have it, you won't make it. It's funny that basic CSS is our top priority!
• You must pay attention to a pixel-perfect design, whether a font-size weight, hex code, or padding/margin. If something is 16px, it is 16px.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following the best practices. If it doesn't meet the standards, your PR isn't approved. Nothing more is more important to us.
• Optimize the applications for maximum performance and scalability. You don't just spit out code but also improve it to improve the overall application.
• The better your understanding of the technical stack, the better. We want you to know how Angular works and its best practices so you can write high-performing code.
• You must know the pros and cons of different approaches, including the logic you write in TypeScript. Just because something works doesn't mean we should use it. We expect you to know your domain's 'what, when, and how'.

What we don't care about for this position

• Your communications:

  We don't care how well you communicate in English. It's neither an advantage nor a disadvantage for this role. We programmers have various other 'languages' to communicate. You must be fluent in Angular, and we will understand each other.

• Your on-resume experience:

  If you are a junior who reads and writes high-quality code, you are not a junior. So here is your chance - apply with confidence. Your experience in an MNC is not a disadvantage. We value it. It doesn't give you an edge though... well, not always. And we are just being fair and mindful of that.

• If you are not a full-stack developer:

  it's okay If you don't know the backend, cloud environments, CICD, Git, and all those 100 different things. You can train you on the go - that's our job as a company. You need to be outstanding in your tech stack. That's what we care about the most.

• There are no non-tech managers (no offense!)—everyone you talk to can actively write code. So, no one ever asks you to do things they can't do themselves or update task tickets.
• No unnecessary emails or boring unproductive meetings.

At this stage of our journey, working with us is full of work and learning. We don't do weekends or overtime, but it's still full of growth pressure. And it's not always as fancy as it is projected. We love this phase, especially because it’s premium for our individual learnings and growth. But the growth mindset brings growth pressure, and it's not for everyone, and we appreciate that as well.

Also, our interview process will involve practical technical tasks that every candidate needs to complete before we make the final offer. It’s going to be full hands-on.
