Senior Frontend Developer

As a Technical Architect/Senior Developer specializing in React, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining React-based web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing architectural strategies for React-based web applications. - Maintaining and enhancing existing React applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Participating in code reviews to uphold code quality and standards. - Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting best practices in React.js development. - Introducing new tools and technologies to enhance development processes and product quality. - Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive, user-centric solutions. - Advocating for JavaScript best practices and usability, while creating and maintaining high-quality documentation. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - A minimum of 7 years of demonstrable relevant experience, with more than 8 years of active commercial software development work. - Proven experience as a React Architect or similar role, supported by a strong portfolio of projects. - Extensive expertise in React.js and related technologies such as Redux and React Router. - Proficiency in front-end development tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm, along with experience in RESTful APIs and backend service integration. - Knowledge of web standards, performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and build automation. - Familiarity with client-focused environments, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines. - Solid experience in developing responsive and fluid designs, addressing cross-browser and cross-platform challenges. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role would possess: - Experience in agile development teams using continuous integration. - Proficiency in coding within Git source-controlled environments. - Familiarity with Eclipse would be considered a plus.,
