Senior Front End/UI Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Front-End Engineer for the digital products, you will leverage your expertise in React.js, Next.js, and modern front-end ecosystems to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing UI architectures. Your main responsibility will be collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences across platforms and browsers, contributing to technical excellence and business impact. You will also play a vital role in guiding architecture decisions and mentoring cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and build modular, high-performance UIs using React.js and Next.js - Lead front-end application architecture with micro-frontend patterns - Implement scalable state management and integrate APIs - Optimize application performance and maintain security best practices - Deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive UI following WCAG 2.1 guidelines - Conduct performance audits, own the QA process, and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines - Participate in design reviews and sprint planning Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field - 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS - Strong architectural understanding and experience with state management tools - Familiarity with accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design principles - Proficiency in Git workflows, testing practices, modern IDEs, and cross-functional collaboration tools Additional Details: The work timings for this role are from 3 pm to 12 am with a one-hour break, and it is a full-time, permanent position based on a Monday to Friday schedule.
