Senior Formal Verification Engineer

As an experienced Formal Verification Engineer at NVIDIA's Central Formal team in Bangalore, you will be responsible for crafting and optimizing formal verification flows across CPU/GPU projects. Your role will involve resolving tool issues for design teams with tool vendors and verifying the micro-architecture using formal verification tools. By employing the latest model checking and equivalence checking techniques, you will ensure design correctness and work towards obtaining full proofs or sufficient bounded proofs of the design. Collaboration with architects, designers, and pre- and post-silicon verification teams will be crucial for the successful execution of your tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Specify, implement, and maintain an integrated end-to-end formal verification flow for the formal verification team. - Develop scripts to automate the verification process. - Review formal setups and proofs with design and verification teams. - Maintain and extend assertion libraries, including support for both simulation and FV. - Develop verification environment including environment assumptions, assertions, and cover properties in the context of the verification plan. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in formal techniques for verification. - Excellent command of scripting. - Bachelor's degree. - Strong knowledge of CPU designs and digital logic architectures. - Hands-on experience with HDLs such as Verilog/System Verilog. - Preferable experience with a variety of Formal Verification Tools.
