Senior Financial Systems Analyst

As a Financial Systems Specialist at our company, your role will involve performing various tasks related to the testing and conversion of accounting data from the branch agency management system to central divisional systems. This includes data analysis and reconciliation of converted data. You will also be responsible for testing and implementing agency management system upgrades, as well as supporting all agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues. Key Responsibilities: - Perform testing and conversion of accounting data from branch agency management system to central divisional systems - Analyze and reconcile converted data - Test and implement agency management system upgrades - Support agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues - Maintain organization of production support issues and prioritization - Collaborate with internal and external development teams to test, implement, and resolve production issues and recent functionality - Develop and coordinate training and communication to finance and accounting users on new Epic functionality and reports - Test and maintain finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems - Develop and maintain accounting system procedures and testing documentation - Maintain organization of all electronic files for the accounting center as directed - Assist members of Financial Systems team with various projects, audits, and duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in testing and conversion of accounting data - Knowledge of agency management systems and accounting processes - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will contribute to the success of our financial systems and processes.
