Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead our kids wear design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, trend awareness, and the ability to develop innovative collections that reflect our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create seasonal collections for boys’ and girls’ wear (infants to teens).
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selections.
• Research fashion trends, themes, and market demands.
• Work closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Prepare detailed sketches, tech packs, and specifications for sampling.
• Oversee fittings, sample approvals, and final product quality.
• Guide junior designers and ensure timely execution of design timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in kids apparel design.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about kids fashion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
