Senior Executive/Manager

You will be responsible for tasks related to flow chemistry, including designing flow chemistry setups, transferring technology to the plant for commercial production, and troubleshooting existing technologies. You should have 2-8 years of experience in flow chemistry and have worked on various technologies such as Corning, VapourTech, Chemtrix, Coflore, Fixed Bed, and Plug flow reactor. Your responsibilities will also include conducting experiments in a micro reactor, converting existing batch chemistry to flow chemistry, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Design flow chemistry setups - Carry out experiments in a micro reactor - Convert existing batch chemistry to flow chemistry - Transfer technology to the plant for commercial scale-up - Troubleshoot running technologies in the plant - Prepare technology transfer documents and get audited - Support in addressing regulatory queries - Ensure compliance by following GDP and GLP in the lab - Generate intellectual properties by publishing patents/papers - Work in a team environment - Demonstrate energetic and innovative thinking - Willingness to take responsibilities Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry - Skills: Knowledge of organic chemistry and flow chemistry - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Flow Chemistry / Continuous Synthesis You may also be required to travel to the plants on a need basis (1-3 months/year). This role will have a geographical scope across API sites domestically.,
