Job Description

As a Solution Design & Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving the solution design strategy, developing client-specific quotations, engaging with clients and internal teams, and supporting operational excellence initiatives. Your strong analytical mindset and client-facing experience will be essential in translating business needs into effective and competitive solutions. Your responsibilities will include formulating solution design strategies, developing quotations tailored to individual clients, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, tracking operational performance for excellence, collaborating seamlessly across departments, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and reports. For this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, etc.), Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related analytical/technical discipline. A postgraduate degree like an MBA or MSc is advantageous but not mandatory. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in solution design, pre-sales, business analysis, or operations is required. Your proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and quoting software is crucial. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You should also be adept at working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills for this role include experience in solution design, knowledge of process improvement frameworks like Lean and Six Sigma, and familiarity with KPI dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Your core skills should encompass a deep understanding of solution design, analytical and critical thinking abilities, expertise in quotation and proposal writing, effective communication and presentation skills, and the capability to engage with clients effectively. In terms of technical proficiency, you should be well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel for pricing and reporting, and PowerPoint for client presentations. Familiarity with CRM and quotation tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, as well as BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, will be advantageous. Basic knowledge of IT/product concepts like SaaS, APIs, and cloud platforms is beneficial, especially if tech-focused. Operational and process skills, including an understanding of process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile, experience in tracking and analyzing KPIs, and the ability to support process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs), will be essential for success in this role.,
