Senior Executive- Packing

As a Packing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring all activities related to packing. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing proper planning to subordinates and ensuring its effective implementation. - Preparing production planning on a monthly and daily basis according to requirements and material availability. - Compiling daily production reports based on the achieved production targets. - Assisting in validation, calibration, and verification processes. - Checking and maintaining records and logbooks associated with the packing area. - Conducting training sessions for subordinates, technicians, and operators within the department. - Ensuring the packing area is up to date with all necessary documents and is well-maintained. - Providing guidance and support to subordinates in their tasks. - Demonstrating full familiarity with machines and activities within your work area. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in handling primary and secondary packaging materials such as PVC, PVDC, Alu foil, cartons, and leaflets. - Understanding material specifications and conducting quality checks. - Knowledge of desiccant handling, barcodes, and tamper-proofing techniques.
