A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, KD Max etc.) and knowledge of materials, finishes and pricing.  Expertise in Space-design (Style, Moodboard, Presentations)  Design aesthetics, combining creativity, innovation and functionality and an awareness of the current design trends and resources.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.  Technology-friendliness: A keen-ness to work with the latest technology, to create designs, 3D renders etc.  Problem-solving: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and to have a client-first approach in problem-solving.
