As a member of our team, you will be responsible for consistently recruiting excellent staff, maintaining a smooth onboarding process, and providing training, counseling, and coaching to our employees. You will specifically focus on HR and Administrative work for South India, covering Tamil Nadu and Karnataka regions. Key Responsibilities: - Consistently recruiting excellent staff - Maintaining a smooth onboarding process - Providing training, counseling, and coaching to our staff Qualifications Required: - Post Graduation Please note that male candidates are preferred for this position. The salary range for this role is between 4 to 5 Lacs, and we require candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry. This is a regular/permanent job type with a day shift schedule.
