Senior Executive- Formulation Research & Development Orals

As a Product Development Scientist, your role involves conducting literature searches, gaining a comprehensive understanding of products, and interpreting data for product development. You will be responsible for designing primary product strategies and preparing them for discussion with group leaders or team leaders. Your tasks will include planning and executing product development work to achieve the desired product profile, as well as compiling data. Key Responsibilities: - Execution and evaluation of various formulation optimization trials and process optimization trials, along with data compilation. - Writing laboratory notebooks and assisting in the documentation of controlled documents, as well as compiling development data. - Conducting scale-up, exhibit batches, characterization batches, process validation batches, and commercial batches at manufacturing locations. - Preparing documents for the smooth execution of scale-up and exhibit batches, such as Justification of specification, QbD elements, MFC, etc. Qualifications Required: - Strong background in product development, including literature search and data interpretation. - Experience in formulating and optimizing products, as well as process validation. - Proficiency in writing laboratory notebooks and documenting controlled documents. - Flexibility to work across different markets like India, US, OAM, and EM.,
