Senior ETL Developer (Informatica)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize

  ETL workflows

  using

  Informatica PowerCenter

  and

  IDMC

  .
• Implement data integration solutions supporting

  data warehousing

  ,

  data migration

  , and

  data transformation

  needs.
• Work with various data sources including

  Mainframe, Salesforce, and cloud-based systems

  using

  Informatica PowerExchange

  .
• Utilize

  Informatica Web Services

  ,

  XML

  , and

  Java Transformations

  for complex integrations.
• Ensure adherence to

  SDLC processes

  , coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business users to translate requirements into scalable ETL solutions.
  
• Write and optimize

  SQL queries

  on

  Oracle

  or

  SQL Server

  databases.
• Develop

  UNIX/Linux shell scripts

  to support data integration and automation processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers across distributed teams.
  
• Support production processes, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement process improvements.
  
• Coordinate with international customers (especially US-based) for requirement analysis, support, and delivery.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 57 years of hands-on experience in

  Informatica PowerCenter

  and

  IDMC

  development.
• Strong understanding of

  data warehousing concepts

  , methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in

  Informatica PowerExchange

  for Mainframe and other modern data sources.
• Experience with

  Informatica Web Services

  ,

  XML

  , and

  Java Transformations

  .
• Strong

  SQL

  and

  database skills

  (Oracle or SQL Server preferred).
• Proficient in

  UNIX/Linux shell scripting
