Senior Esker Implementation Engineer

As a Senior Esker Implementation Engineer at our Customer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of Esker solutions to streamline and automate business processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical aspects of Esker implementations, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and providing expert guidance throughout the implementation process. You will work closely with business analysts and project managers to translate client requirements into practical technical solutions. Utilizing your expertise in Esker platform, APIs, and connectors, you will design and configure Esker workflows, integrate Esker with enterprise applications, and conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality and accuracy of implemented solutions. In addition, you will diagnose and resolve performance issues, maintain documentation of technical configurations, and provide ongoing support for deployed Esker solutions. Your technical proficiency in software development, system integration, and automation, along with your hands-on experience in .NET or JavaScript development, will be crucial in successfully executing complex Esker implementations. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and experience with ERP/CRM systems like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Salesforce.
