Senior Engineer - Server Core Platform

As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, creating, modifying, and validating embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs. By collaborating with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams, you will design system-level software solutions and obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces. Your key responsibilities include: - Design and develop drivers on multiprocessor and multithreaded ASIC platforms with SDLC cycle. - Collaborate with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop software specifications for embedded systems. - Document software design, development, and testing processes for reference and future maintenance. - Develop and support drivers such as 1wire, 2-wire, and serial peripheral industry standard protocols including I2C, SPI, and UART, PCIE. - Debug and resolve issues in drivers reported by internal test teams as well as by customers.
