Roles and Responsibilities
-Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.-Conduct quality inspections during various stages of construction.-Ensure compliance with IS codes, specifications, and safety norms.-Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality material delivery and testing.-Review and maintain complete QA/QC documentation, including test reports, checklists, and inspection logs.-Monitor and report non-conformance issues (NCRs) and initiate corrective actions.-Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients to ensure quality objectives are met.-Supervise on-site lab activities and testing procedures (concrete, aggregate, steel, etc.).
