Senior Engineer - Prototyping & Testing

Role Overview: As a Senior Engineer in Prototyping & Testing at Lucy Electric Manufacturing & Technologies India, your main responsibility will be to execute prototyping and testing of new products or existing products. You will utilize your professional expertise in MV Switchgear testing and validation to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute the allocated prototype & testing activities - Monitor prototype assembly and testing as per the design team's request, identify issues, provide improvement suggestions, and review with the design team - Prepare test validation plan, conduct internal/external tests based on IEC standards - Create test matrix, conduct external tests as per IEC standards - Collaborate with external test labs for smooth testing execution and preparation of test reports - Prepare prototype checklist, fulfill and record it - Maintain and upgrade test records/test reports Qualification Required: - Bachelor/Diploma of Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical with MV/LV switchgear background - Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience - Job-specific skills: Understanding of IEC/BS/IS standards, switchgear products knowledge, electrical scheme understanding, engineering build, assembly processes, basics of project scheduling - Behavioural Competencies: Positive attitude, effective relationship building with internal & external stakeholders, good communication skills If this opportunity interests you and you meet the qualifications and experience required, we encourage you to apply today.,
