Senior Engineer - Piping (Stress)

As a Mechanical Engineer at WSP, you will provide design input and perform technical checks. You will interpret and apply technical and regulatory codes, collaborate on plant layouts, 3D models, and detailed mechanical and piping designs. Enforcing CAD standards and supporting continuous improvement will be part of your responsibilities. You will serve as a key interface between U.S.-based project managers and the support engineering team in India, ensuring alignment, communication, and delivery of quality work. Your role will require strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines will be essential. Proficiency in MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, and stress analysis using Caesar II is required. You should have intermediate CAD skills, particularly in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Plant 3D. A degree in Mechanical Engineering and a strong knowledge of ASME, API, and ANSI standards are necessary. Project management experience, especially in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing deliverables, is a definite plus for this role.
