Job Description

As a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure the operational functionality of their IT infrastructure and systems. Your role involves proactive monitoring, identification, investigation, and resolution of technical incidents and problems to restore service efficiently. You will focus on second-line support for incidents and requests with a medium level of complexity across various technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include proactively monitoring work queues, hands-on troubleshooting of devices, operational tasks to resolve incidents/requests within agreed SLAs, updating tickets with resolution tasks performed, identifying and analyzing issues, communicating with other teams and clients for support, executing changes with risk identification and mitigation plans, following shift handover processes, escalating tickets appropriately, collaborating with automation teams for task optimization, working with various resolver groups, identifying problems before impacting service, and providing assistance to L1 Security Engineers. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, relevant certifications such as CCNP or equivalent, CCNA certification (mandatory), and experience in Cisco Routing and Switching, FortiGate firewall, Palo Alto firewall.
